provide solutions if we do not work closely with our clients.

understanding from the scoping and 19 years experience creating
and working with best business practices. This ignores the fact

Training
We pride ourselves on providing top quality training. We have training facilities
in most parts of the country that can seat anywhere between 4 and 30 delegates depending on requirements.
The training is designed to allow organisations
that use ACT!, GoldMine, HEAT, MS CRM and SageCRM to
refresh and update their staff skills and knowledge of the
product.
Courses can be tailored to suit all levels of groups of users and each will have its own customised user manual.
Customisation and Configuration
Usually we will suggest adopting a phased approach. System configurations evolve over a period of time during implementation process.
Your system will be configured to meet the specifications agreed
during the scoping and system design session(s). All fields,
users access rights, toolbars, tables, pop-up tables, activity
and result codes, details etc will be customised to meet your
requirements.
Installation
The software will be
installed on your Network and the configuration applied. All
pc's and laptops will be set up to enable links to word
processing software, e-mail and any other areas that your new
system integrates to. We will provide you with an
agreed checklist to ensure that your system is introduced
correctly into your organisation's IT infrastructure.
Data Migration
It is extremely unusual
for your new system to start with absolutely no data. Typically
organisations create large volumes of data. When it comes to
populating your new system you will probably find that you need
to import data. This may be from a previous system or from a
variety of sources. These may include Excel spreadsheets, PDA's
etc, Word or legacy system(s).
We will work with you to plan the process and ensure that
disruption to your employees is kept to a minimum. We can
import, clean and de-duplicate records to ensure that
the integrity of data within your system is the very best it can
possibly be. We will also suggest and/or build in routine checks
to ensure that your data remains clean.
In scenarios where the use of live data is required, we offer
‘out of hours' data migration. This can take place at evenings,
weekends or during public holidays.
Bespoke Integration
We have developed a product called SmartsIntegrator which handles Data Integration
It leverages the Microsoft Windows Workflow Foundation to provide an intuitive, flexible and extensible workflow model and design environment for automating business processes and system interactions.
Report Writing
Most systems that deal
with handling customers and/or business process will require
management information reports. Many systems, such as MS CRM use SQL Reporting Services. The Report writing wizard in there will enable even relatively unskilled report writers to create their own.
For organisaions that require it, we offer a customised report-writing service using SQL or Crystal.
We can also provide public or tailored training in these products.
User Acceptance Testing
All systems are created so that clients are able to test and
review their new system prior to it being applied in a live environment.
